SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Weaving The Planet, each order is carefully prepared and dispatched through selected logistics partners according to the destination country and the nature of the product acquired.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Shipping times, delivery methods, carriers, and associated logistics costs may vary depending on the destination country, region, product availability, and shipping partner selected for the order.

Once an order is dispatched from Weaving The Planet’s storage and fulfillment facilities, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email including the applicable tracking number and shipping partner information.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or during dispatch are indicative only and remain subject to logistical, customs, carrier, or international transportation conditions outside the direct control of Weaving The Planet.

Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other destination-country governmental charges upon arrival.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout prior to payment, all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related charges shall be exclusively assumed and paid by the customer.

For selected destinations, Weaving The Planet may offer prepaid duties and taxes (“DDP” — Delivered Duties Paid). When applicable, such condition will be clearly disclosed to the customer prior to payment confirmation during checkout.

Returns & Return Authorization

Returns are accepted exclusively upon prior written authorization from Weaving The Planet.

Return requests will only be considered upon review and approval by Weaving The Planet and must comply with all of the following conditions:

• The product must remain unopened, unused, and undamaged.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and presentation condition.
• The return request must be submitted within the applicable timeframe communicated by Weaving The Planet.
• The product must not be subject to any disclosed special terms, pre-order conditions, editorial conditions, limited-edition clauses, personalized production conditions, or other specific policies explicitly communicated on the product page, checkout, invoice, or related documentation.

Any product carrying disclosed special terms and conditions shall be governed by those specific terms, which shall prevail over and invalidate this general returns policy where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Weaving The Planet, all approved return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, insurance, and related logistics expenses associated with the return process shall be assumed by the customer.

Weaving The Planet reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns, returns that do not comply with the conditions above, or returns received in altered, opened, damaged, or incomplete condition.
