RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Weaving The Planet, we strive to provide a transparent and carefully managed purchasing experience. Accordingly, all returns are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Return Request Period

Customers may request a return within ten (10) calendar days from the date the order is received.

Return requests submitted after this period shall not be eligible for approval or processing.

Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for an approved return, the product must fully comply with all of the following conditions:

  • The product must remain in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • The product must retain all original tags, seals, accessories, and original packaging.
  • The customer must provide the corresponding receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to prior written authorization by Weaving The Planet.

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns shall not be accepted for the following products:

  • Books, editions, or products subject to disclosed special terms and conditions.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Sale items, discounted items, or final sale products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personal care products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unless expressly stated otherwise within the applicable product terms, standard books without disclosed special conditions may be eligible for return under this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact Weaving The Planet as soon as reasonably possible through:

so that the matter may be evaluated and an appropriate resolution may be determined.

Exchanges

Weaving The Planet currently does not process direct product exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain a different product is to request an authorized return in accordance with this policy and subsequently place a new and separate order.

European Union Cooling-Off Rights

If the merchandise is shipped to a member country of the European Union, customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, without providing justification, in accordance with applicable law.

To qualify, the product must remain unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exclusions applicable to products subject to special terms and conditions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Weaving The Planet will notify the customer whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within an estimated period of up to ten (10) business days, subject to banking institutions, payment processors, and financial network processing times.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless expressly authorized otherwise in writing by Weaving The Planet, all costs associated with the return process, including shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage fees, and any related logistical expenses, shall be exclusively assumed by the customer.

Weaving The Planet reserves the right to reject any return that does not fully comply with the conditions established herein.
