SPECIAL PRE-SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The book “Llegar para Volver” corresponds to an edition currently under editorial development, and its physical printing shall be subject to the fulfillment of a minimum collective pre-sale goal, which shall be publicly communicated through the Organizer’s official channels.

If the established editorial goal is reached within the pre-sale period, Weaving The Planet shall proceed with the printing and delivery of the book within the timelines duly informed on the official pre-sale page.

If the minimum required goal is not reached within the established period, Weaving The Planet may decide not to carry out the physical printing of this specific edition. In such case, each buyer shall receive, at no additional cost:

• one (1) digital version (e-pub) of the book “Llegar para Volver”
• one (1) unit of the book: The Little Book of MANIFESTING - Chronicle Books
• one (1) unit of the book: The Little Book of SELF-LOVE - Chronicle Books
• one (1) unit of the book: The Little Book of FOCUS - Chronicle Books

to the physical address and email address, respectively, registered at the time of purchase.

Once the informed pre-sale conditions have been fulfilled and the corresponding benefit has been delivered, whether the printed book “Llegar para Volver”, or the book package consisting of: one (1) digital version (e-pub) of the book “Llegar para Volver”, one (1) unit of the English-language book: The Little Book of MANIFESTING - Chronicle Books, one (1) unit of the English-language book: The Little Book of SELF-LOVE - Chronicle Books, and one (1) unit of the English-language book: The Little Book of FOCUS - Chronicle Books, in the event that the minimum printing goal is not reached; no additional refunds of money shall apply, except in those cases expressly provided for under applicable Colombian law.

The buyer acknowledges that the content, design, cover, editorial specifications, and final characteristics of the book “Llegar para Volver” may be subject to reasonable modifications inherent to the editorial process.

The delivery times for physical or digital products shall be duly informed through Weaving The Planet’s official channels.

The estimated production and delivery timeframe shall be informed on the official pre-sale page and may vary due to logistical, editorial, technical, or force majeure reasons.

Weaving The Planet shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances of force majeure, acts of God, logistical situations, governmental decisions, printing issues, transportation issues, or events beyond its reasonable control.

The personal data provided by buyers shall be processed in accordance with Weaving The Planet’s Privacy Policy and used exclusively for purposes related to this editorial and cultural activity.
