PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

“BIRDS, TERRITORY & TIME Valle del Cauca Experience – Weaving The Planet”

1. ORGANIZER
This promotional activity is organized by Weaving The Planet (WTP), a cultural, editorial, and educational platform, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, domiciled in Colombia.

2. NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY
This activity is a free promotional activity, not a game of chance for gambling purposes, and is not conditioned upon the purchase of any product, in accordance with current Colombian regulations.

3. TERM
The promotional activity will be valid from February 5, 2026, until the responsible printing goal is reached, or until the drawing takes place, whichever occurs first.

4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Individuals over 18 years of age, residing in Colombia, may participate.

5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
Interested individuals may participate in either of the following ways, both equally valid:

B. Participation through purchase (optional)
By purchasing the Pre-Sale product BIRDS, TERRITORY & TIME Valle del Cauca (a product currently in editorial development) through the official Weaving The Planet channels. Each purchase grants one (1) automatic entry. Physical product availability is subject to stock.

Special pre-sale conditions – Book BIRDS, TERRITORY & TIME Valle del Cauca

The BIRDS, TERRITORY & TIME, Valle del Cauca presale product corresponds to an edition currently under editorial development, and its printing is subject to the formation of a minimum order of 2000 (two thousand) units sold, required to initiate its printing and production process. In the event that said minimum is not reached within the presale period, Weaving The Planet will notify buyers on the website regarding the fulfillment of the editorial target.

If said target is not achieved within the established period, WTP reserves the right not to proceed with the printing of this specific edition. In such event, the participant will receive, at no additional cost, the book Birds of the Colombian Andes, which holds an equivalent commercial value. Additionally, the participant may choose to exchange said title for another book available within the WTP inventory, provided that the selected title is of equal commercial value. No monetary refunds or recognitions for price differences will be made.

Delivery of pre-sale products
If the required minimum is reached, the printing and delivery of the book “BIRDS, TERRITORY & TIME Valle del Cauca” will take place within the timeframe indicated on the pre-sale page, which will be duly communicated to buyers.

Transparency and acceptance
By purchasing a product under the pre-sale modality, the buyer declares full knowledge and express acceptance of the conditions set forth herein.

6. GRAND ACTIVATION
If the community reaches the collective goal of 5,000 books, the following will be activated:

• 1 (One) Private birdwatching outing in Cali

• Accompaniment by a professional bird photographer

• 1 (One) National round-trip airfare (within Colombia) to Cali

• 1 (One) stay of 2 (Two) nights of accommodation in a single room at a hotel in the city of Cali

The date will be coordinated directly with the recepient, subject to availability of the parties.

8. RECEPIENT SELECTION
The recepient will be selected at random from among all valid participants within ten (10) business days following the closing of the activity.

9. NOTIFICATION
The recepient will be contacted via email and announced through WTP’s official channels. If there is no response within five (5) business days, a new recepient will be selected.

10. ACTIVATION CONDITIONS

• The activation is personal and non-transferable

• It is not redeemable for cash

• Expenses not expressly specified are the responsibility of the recepient

• The Organizer may modify the date due to force majeure

11. DATA PROCESSING
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Weaving The Planet’s Privacy Policy and used exclusively for purposes related to the promotional activity.

12. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in this activity implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
